Fresno Unified's Adult Transition Program is designed to help prepare students to become as independent as possible at home, in the community, in a vocational setting, and in an after 22-year-old program. Our vision is to provide the pathway that empowers students to learn the fundamental life and employment skills that will meet their current and future needs.
